Frank did an awesome job for my birthday dance party. He was a great communicator by checking in with me via Thumbtack several times between booking and the event. He played just the kind of 70’s-80’s music I had requested. He was prompt, professional, brought great lighting for the dance floor. I highly recommend Frank and will hire him for my next dance party! Thank you!

I did not have a lot of notice for our family get together. Frank was so supportive. He brought everything to make it an exceptional night. The guests ranged from age 1 to over 97 and he geared his music to be pleasing to everyone. Best idea I ever had was getting Frank Pietroski Jr as our DJ. To be honest, I hadn't heard him before but he was highly recommended. I agree!

Wedding DJ for $500-1k

Everything was great with Frank. We got married outside and he did a fantastic job setting up at our venue (Valinor farms) and music preferences (mostly country). He kept everyone dancing, singing and having a great time. We ended the night on a few great singalongs that everyone loved!

Frank was easy to work with and despite our somewhat specific demands he was attentive and responsive throughout the process. We used him also for karaoke and when I inquired about a specific song that was not in his catalogue, he downloaded it on the fly so I was able to sing it. Thanks Frank!

DJ for $500-1k

Frank was a real professional. We had him play music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We provided a list of music we liked and some we didn't and he pretty much handled the rest. He struck the perfect tone and really improved the atmosphere of the evening. Super reasonable price for what you get with Frank.

Richard B.

DJ

I found Frank to be terrific. He arrived early, assuring plenty of time to set up ( in our backyard) and to troubleshoot, if needed, before things got started. He came with an impressive library of songs but also seemed to have geared his "collection" in advance to what he knew to be the particular demographics of our party. At the same time he was open to accepting a pre-selected playlist from me and also encouraged, and accommodated, "requests" from party-goers. He was responsive and solicitous and highly professional. He was not intrusive and did not make himself "the show" , which is just what we wanted. He did a terrific job all night. I recommend him without hesitation as a great DJ for events big and small , regardless of the setting, and/or the nature, of the festivities.

Wedding DJ

Frank is an amazing DJ! We had him as our wedding DJ. He was great at getting people onto the dance floor and keeping everything lively. He was also able to cut out a part of our first dance for us, which was a great help! It was no problem for him to set up my brother who sang a song and played the guitar. All night long, our friends and family were saying how much fun they were having on the dance floor. He was able to work with our list of songs, also adding some of his own songs in the same style, but never playing the songs I asked him not to (even though some of my guests tried to request them!). We were very happy with Frank and would recommend him to anyone looking to have a great time at a wedding or any special occasion!

Brittany H.

DJ

Frank was absolutely terrific to work with throughout the whole process of hiring a DJ for my father's 60th birthday party. When he realized he had a conflict, he coordinated to have another qualified DJ in his place and still communicated well beforehand to put my mind at ease. His substitute Kevin went above and beyond to make my father's party fun and special. Everyone loved the range of music from Motown to current pop hits, he offered something for all to enjoy. We would absolutely hire Frank again thanks to him taking such good care of us!

Cecilia E.

Frank came to my sons school as a dj. We needed two. He was able to have another dj accompany him. They dressed in costumes appropriations for our "fall festival" and the kids had a great time.

Frank was amazing for my daughter's 12th bday! He showed up early, set up all of his equipment. He used the karaoke machine, lights and limbo stick. It was fantastic and the girls had a Blast!! Thank you Frank!!!

Kathleen P.

DJ

We hired Frank to DJ an 80's themed 30th birthday, with about 40-50 guests. He was timely and the sound quality of music was great. He also brought solid floor lighting which helped bring the 80's theme together. The only negative feedback received from guests was that he could've been a bit more interactive with them. Wishing he encouraged more people to dance, thankfully we had guests that enjoyed dancing otherwise we'd have had an empty floor. We would hire Frank again.

Julie N.

DJ

Recently, we had a family reunion with approximately 60 people which ran all day long and into the evening. Frank came right on time, mid day and played until late that night. He played what we requested and commented as appropriate/when needed. A nice selection of instrumental music was played during dinner and afterwards, an assorted array of dance music which got folks up off their chairs and up on the dance floor for the rest of the night! As guests were leaving, many commented on how much fun the party had been and how they had enjoyed the DJ and music! We would not hesitate to contact Frank again for another event. Thank you, Frank, for helping to make our event such a success!!

Frank did a great job being a DJ for 125 elementary school students for their Halloween dance! He was personable, easy to work with, played great age appropriate music, wore a cool Halloween costume and had cool lights that made all the decorations in our school gym really come alive. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ:)

Iynkary W.

This DJ was amazing at our homecoming! He really responded to the crowd and we were dancing from beginning to end!

Raemah P.

DJ

Overall very happy with Frank, we hired him to play 80's music for a birthday party. He brought an awesome setup; lights, great sound. He was dependable, showed up on time and very flexible to work with. He had a good selection of music and catered to the event, playing Happy Birthday when the birthday guest arrived and during cake cutting.

Seth E.

DJ

Frank was great. He was very laid back, and made the evening by playing the songs we had requested. The lay out of the venue was not perfect for where Frank needed to be set up, but he made it work better than we thought possible. He had the proper volume during dinner, and really turned up the volume as the wedding proceeded. The last two hours of the wedding had the dance floor really going. He also brought two microphones and stands so that I could play guitar and sing to my wife. We really enjoyed our wedding and Frank's contribution was a big part of our enjoyment.

Frank was wonderful. He DJ'd for a swim team party and had the kids playing games like musical chairs and limbo - they had a great time singing, dancing, and playing games! He always responded to emails promptly, showed up on time, was polite, professional, and even offered to stay late so that I could use his PA system. I would hire him again in a minute - thank you Frank!

Janet C.

He was very good, the only thing was it was for a St Patrick's Party and he didn't play enough irish music, but the rest of the music was great.

Frank was a pleasure to work with. Timely, professional, and eager to serve the needs of our group - a 40th birthday celebration. We had some karaoke, and some music playing. Frank took requests and came with a huge stock of songs. I don't believe anyone's request went unmet. He was a delight and really added to the party spirit.

I hired Frank to DJ my daughter’s 10th birthday. I’m sure it was a much smaller even than he is used to playing. Even still, Frank was on time, professional and very friendly. My daughter and ten of her girlfriends had a great night dancing, singing and playing games. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to friends!
